If this is the case, employers need to step up and support the people who spend a third of                  their lives in the workplace. <\/p>\n<p> \u00a0 <\/p>\n<p> To stay focused at work and                  perform at your best, you need to be in the right mindset and eliminate as many distractions as                  possible. This may seem like common sense, but if it is, why do so many people dismiss conversations                  about employee mental health? <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p> According to LinkedIn, the \u2018top                  companies to work at\u2019 all showed that they put their employees first. As well as investing in their                  employees\u2019 abilities, skills and encouraging diversity, top employers focused on their employees\u2019                  wellbeing. <\/p>\n<p> \u200b <\/p>\n<h2> Putting our people first <\/h2>\n<p>                  At Fuse Recruitment, we\u2019re proud to announce that we\u2019ve partnered with <a href=\"https:\/\/eapassist.com.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> EAP Assist <\/a> , an employee assistance                  program designed to support employee wellbeing and mental health. This program is available, not only to                  our internal workforce but also for their families and our on-hired workforce too. This means our                  employees, their families and our contractors and temporary workers will have access to this program.                  <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p> The program offers fully confidential telephone consulting,                  with a qualified consultant, for employees to discuss workplace and personal issues. Employees will also                  have access to a wide range of wellness advice and programs in the form of videos, emails and blogs                  which cover topics such as: <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Stress <\/li>\n<li> Working from home <\/li>\n<li> Anxiety <\/li>\n<li> Depression                  <\/li>\n<li> Mindfulness <\/li>\n<li> Happiness <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Employees also have free access to an endless list of wellness apps which can cost                  an individual up to $550 if they were to purchase the apps themselves. <\/p>\n<p> The program                  was introduced to provide our people with a platform to get help or to simply learn how to develop                  healthy emotional intelligence. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p> Tyson McNeilly, Fuse\u2019s CEO,                  stated that, \u201cwe have been working harder to provide the support our employees need. People aren\u2019t                  always willing to openly discuss personal issues, which can start to adversely affect their health. This                  initiative allows our employees to have the support they need without having to disclose personal                  information they\u2019d rather keep private.\u201d <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p> \u201cWe want our                  employees to reach out and get the help they need.
