This movement can be both                  vertical and\/or horizontal, meaning you can promote talent (vertically) and move around in your team to                  another position on the same level (horizontally). <\/p>\n<p> \u200b <\/p>\n<h2> The                  benefits of moving employees internally <\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p> Think about this                  policy from a corporate culture viewpoint, a company that is encouraging their employees to improve on                  their current skillset is enhancing how their employees engage with the company.
