Meet our newest team member, Rebecca Brennan! (Pictured above, second from the left, with her two friends at a Birthday she threw!)

Rebecca has joined the Fuse Melbourne team as a Recruitment Consultant, specialising in Civil Infrastructure.

With a background in Residential Real Estate Recruitment, Rebecca is accustomed to recruiting in a fast-paced environment as well as priding herself in developing and maintaining strong relationships between Client and Candidate.

With each new team member that starts at Fuse, we ask them to answer some questions to learn a bit more about them. Take a look for yourself below and get to know Rebecca a bit better!

At a party, where can someone find you?

Making sure I chat to every single person at the party!

What is your favourite way to spend a weekend?

My Favourite way to spend a weekend would be finding as much live music as possible and dancing with a glass of wine in hand.

How did you get into recruitment and how long have you been in the industry?

I ended up in recruitment while I was interviewing for a Real Estate role through the recruitment company! They didn’t have the right Real Estate role, however they did have a role for me within their company. I have been in recruitment for 2 years now.

How would your 10-year-old self-react to what you do now?

I think my 10-year-old self would love the idea of what I do now! I get to meet/speak to new people every day and help them progress in their own lives.

What was your first job?

My fist job was working as a Childcare Educator

What is your favourite part of the workday?

My Favourite part of my workday would be the early morning! It’s the best time to jump straight on the phones and engage with people.

How do you pick yourself back up after making a mistake at work?

I’ll generally laugh at myself to let go of any major stress and then make sure I have a strategy in place to fix it!

Find out more about Rebecca and what she's been up to since joining us!
