What was the last book you read?

I spend too much time on the train, so this is my space where I can invest in myself. The little prince - I read this book two weeks ago, actually, I no longer remember how many times I have read this children's story. Every time I read this book, I learn something different; it always makes me wonder if what I am currently doing makes sense and contributes to my happiness and contributes to my family's happiness. This children's book allows me to focus on my objectives, my projects, and the direction of my life. I recommend it to you!

What is one thing that can instantly make your day better?

It makes my soul happy when I hear someone laugh with the soul, smile, greet someone with enthusiasm, and return that greeting. Being infected with that joy fills my soul with good vibes and energy. When I see someone happy, I thank life for a new day and it fills me with strength for a new challenge.

What is the best career decision you have ever made?

My best career decision was 'Give up my career'. One day, I woke up, I felt that what I was doing was not adding value to my life; at that moment, I was in a comfort zone where I had excellent economic sustainability and an excellent professional position. I worked for one of the largest companies in Latin America, but one day I woke up and said the world is too big to be stuck in one space. At that time I spoke with my family, and I got on a plane that said, "Australia mate," and from that moment I began a new adventure in my life. It was to have the opportunity to be born again, learn a language, learn about new cultures, form a new family. But this time with the sole objective of doing what makes me happy.

What advice do you have for someone new to the industry?

Do not accept a job just for the money. Accept a job when you feel that you can learn and you can contribute to that role, you are successful when you feel the passion for doing your job; when you feel that tickle in your stomach to do new things. Pursue a career that you think gives you happiness and speaks with your abilities. If you feel adrenaline for that job, you will be great.

Which has been more valuable in your career? Your education or your experience?

Both are equally important. I consider it more important to study after getting experience. This will open your mind and give you new ideas to continue growing in your professional life.

Who inspires you?

Myself. I feel very proud and happy about what I am and what I have done. My family is my centre and they are my life. And, if I am strong, they will be much better.

What is your favourite part of the workday?

My favourite part is getting to work and listening to the voice of my co-workers; they all have great energy, they all greet me with a smile on their faces and they infect me with a spectacular vibe. I feel like we are working as a family. And, I am proud to be a member of Fuse Recruitment.
