Jayne's role revolves around the day to day functional requirements of the business, including new starter onboarding, infrastructure, management of the fuse website, database, adobe sign and IT support.  Jayne's role also encompasses candidate care initiatives, advertising, policies, procedures and communication.  Jayne's primary focus is the customer experience at Fuse Recruitment.
