The future doesn’t have to be uncertain

We know how difficult finding a graduate job can be, which is why we’ve created a program that connects you directly with established businesses in need of tertiary-qualified talent. This program is specifically designed to give greater certainty to job-seeking university graduates who may not yet have much industry experience, but are highly driven to succeed with the skills they’ve learned in their studies.

To help you choose your best fit, the Program allows you to meet with several employers to learn about their culture, career prospects, and training and development opportunities. In this way, we ensure that you and your employer will be satisfied over the long-term.

In the Program, you'll also be coached by our recruitment experts throughout the entire process, helping you to prepare for your video interview all the way through to your final interview with our program partners.

Our Graduate Recruitment Process

Understand how the program process flows, from application through to post-placement and networking events.

Application & assessment

Our recruitment process begins with an online application, where we collect your CV. Once we review your application, you’ll need to complete a Fuse registration, a short questionnaire on why you want to join the Future Insure Graduate Program and a one-way video interview. Afterwards, one of our graduate recruiters will contact you to organise a meeting with you.

Selection & commencement

After your initial assessment, we will introduce you to clients who match your profile and they’ll decide if they would like to interview you. If the interview goes well and the client wants to hire you, an offer will be extended. From there, Fuse will assist with both the placement process and onboarding and induction, to make the process as easy as possible for both parties.

Post-placement care

We conduct bi-monthly check-ins to monitor progress, offer support, and address any concerns from either party. These check-ins help us build trust and maintain strong relationships with our clients and candidates - a crucial factor to your success and ours.

Networking events

With events and graduate community engagement, our services extend beyond the initial Graduate Program. These networking events allow us to foster a sense of community among our candidates and ensure that they feel supported and included throughout their employment journey.
