Due to our continued growth and ever increasing market presence we are looking to hire an ambitious 360 Degree Recruitment Consultant to work within our small but top performing team based in Gawler.


Proven success in recruitment industry is a key requirement for this role. An eagerness to exceed targets together with your determination to reach personal and professional goals is essential. Your strong communication skills, customer service excellence and professional business acumen will also be your keys to success.


This role would suit a person that is prepared to back their own skills, abilities and experience in the recruitment industry. If you are prepared to do this and are successful, then the financial rewards on offer will be second to none as we believe in looking after high performing staff.


You will have:

  • A passion for the recruitment industry, with a strong awareness of current market conditions
  • The flair to attract and select the markets best candidates
  • Superior relationship building skills with both existing and new clients
  • The ability to work as a 360 degree recruiter
  • Self motivated


Your responsibilities will cover:

  • Establishing and building relationships with new businesses
  • Sourcing vacancies
  • Recruitment, selection and candidate care
  • Site visits
  • Marketing and sales development
  • Reverse marketing
  • Ensuring database, compliance and administration are maintained


It is essential that the successful applicant is computer literate. You must have a high attention to detail and deliver accurate work. A strong work ethic and exceptional time management skills are required as you must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
You must also possess a confident, pleasant manner and have a pro-active and professional approach to your work as well as being committed to meeting deadlines.
