We are looking for someone to join the team in a Personal Assistant role. The role will entail, amongst other things, providing admin support to a National Manager. The role is based in Brisbane Central.
Key responsibilities include:
- Attend client meetings and take relevant notes on topics discussed
- Provide general data entry support and interpret results through reports
- Prepare and facilitate action items
- Prepare presentations for meetings
- Marketing involvement
- Provide other admin support as required
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Relevant qualifications in Business Admin an advantage
- Maintain a professional, presentable approach
- Good communication and organisational
- Proactive approach
- Insurance knowledge an advantage
