Our client is a leader in the contract services industry within Australia. They specialise in the supply of plumbing and landscaping services and are currently looking for an administration support person in their plumbing department.
The Administrative Assistant will be required to assist in various duties, while providing a range of administration functions and activities to support the plumbing national manager.
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting the manager with administration duties
- Raising of job orders and placement quotes
- Liaising with customers when required.
- Establishing and maintaining company and customer records
- Previous experience with Archibus and Aroflo software ideal
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Can do attitude
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Must be an Australian citizen and have a drivers licence
