Job Description

Our Client is one of Australia's premier wealth companies. Currently they require Administration Assistant to join on a contractual basis. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business units to create services register
  • Process Invoices and manage file registry
  • Liaise with service providers and enforce service standards
  • Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint documents
  • Identify opportunities to improve filing system
  • Answer phones, taking and distributing detailed accurate message
  • Ad-hoc office duties to maintain high standards

Qualifications:

SharePoint knowledge and experience desirable but not essential.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Demonstrated capability as an office all rounder
  • Demonstrated ability to process documentation
  • Experience using PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation
