An opportunity has become available for a Administration Assistant/Receptionist to join their team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Answering phones and taking messages
- General administrative duties
- Assisting with accounts
- Filing, scanning and responding to emails
- Organising flights, accommodation and rental cars as required
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Excellent phone manner
- Availability to work 8am - 4pm (one earlier start may be required).
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to be a team player
