Our client is Australia's leading equipment and servicing provider offering end to end solutions to meet the needs of their clients in the food and beverage industry.

The Role:

This is a initial two month contract (possible extension) and is for someone who likes a challenge; you will provide exceptional levels of customer service to our customers through constant and effective communication whilst facilitating the confirmation and allocation of service jobs to our technicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting the customer and qualifying the call
  • Ensuring customers are notified and kept up to date with expected time on site
  • Allocate jobs to technicians with expected timeframes
  • Utilise the GPS tracking system to minimise travel time
  • Managing overtime of technicians and keeping to a minimum
  • Data Entry - Job notes, service reports, timesheets, parts orders
  • Basic client reports
  • Evaluating works in progress (liaising with subcontractors, technicians, suppliers and parts orders)

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (Preferable)
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • The ability to react to urgent requests in a fast pace environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management
