A growing brokerage in Sydney's CBD is looking for an Authorised Representative to join their successful team and continue their growth journey.

The must haves:
- Minimum 4 years broking experience
- Proven ability to drive own business and build own portfolio
- Ability to work independently and be accountable for own success
- Strong level of business acumen
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Excellent business development and client retention
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage your own expenses and budgets (Income vs Expenses)
- End to end broking processes; Account management, Claims, Risk analysis and more
- Develop and grow a general insurance broking portfolio
- Ensure reports are met
- Be a real self-starter, with excellent Business acumen and exceptionally self-motivated
Qualification Requirement:
- Tier 1 in broking (Diploma preferred)
*NIBA membership will be paid provided training criteria is met.
