Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to take on a short-term contract with a leading Commercial Estate Agent. Based in their Head Office you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the day to day accounting duties.


  • No lock in contract
  • 3 days a week role
  • $30 - 40 an hour

Experience Required:

  • Management of accounts payable and receivable
  • Management of purchase orders and alignment with progressive accounts receivable
  • Management and accounting for business and staff expense processing and payment
  • Prepare weekly reconciliations, management accounts and reports
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Assistance in provision of project and business cost tracking and analysis as required
  • High level excel skills

Attributes we are looking for:

  • MYOB experience is a must
  • Financial reporting experience necessary
  • Demonstrated self-management skills and the ability to work under own initiative
  • Results driven with strong attention to detail
  • Responsible and accountable for meeting deadlines
  • Be friendly trustworthy and reliable
