- Assist the broker in (existing) portfolio management
- Negotiating renewal and new business terms with insurers
- Preparing quotes and processing transactions
- Providing customer service excellence to clients
- Delivering accurate and compliant file management
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working within a broking environment
- IT savvy, preferably with working knowledge of Sunrise (not essential)
- Tier 1 or 2 broking qualifications (preferable but not a pre-requisite)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
