You'll be working alongside an experienced insurance professional who's accustomed to managing and growing insurance brokerages. What will you be doing?
- Drive the growth strategy through business development activities
- Pursue and progress generated leads
- Partner with the Director to convert new business opportunities
- Liaise with clients to source referrals and develop network
- Develop target list of clients
What do you need?
- Proven experience in B2B sales environment
- Comfortable meeting KPI & deadline requirements
- A self-starter with ability to work autonomously
- Passion and drive to succeed and learn new skills
