  • General claims processing and data entry
  • Processing of payments
  • Answering customer queries in a professional and effective manner
  • Provide support to the claim assessors
  • Management of the shared email inbox and responding to queries
  • Reception duties when required

  • Willingness to learn claims administration and insurance terminology
  • Keen interest to enter the insurance industry
  • Professional approach to business
  • Basic Microsoft office skills
  • Must be organised and have good time management
  • Great team player with ability to maintain confidentiality
