The Need to Know:
- General claims processing and data entry
- Processing of payments
- Answering customer queries in a professional and effective manner
- Provide support to the claim assessors
- Management of the shared email inbox and responding to queries
- Reception duties when required
The Must Haves:
- Willingness to learn claims administration and insurance terminology
- Keen interest to enter the insurance industry
- Professional approach to business
- Basic Microsoft office skills
- Must be organised and have good time management
- Great team player with ability to maintain confidentiality
