Our client is a leading boutique Insurance Broker providing superior service to their clients across the entire product suite. They are conveniently positioned in Canberra's CBD. As a result of an expanding book of business, we are currently recruiting for a dynamic and driven Claims Administrator with experience in a claims environment and the right attitude, work ethic and personality.

The Need to Know:

  • Key support to the Claims Officer
  • Role based in Canberra, ACT
  • Provide assistance with all aspects of claims function (lodgement, document follow up, data entry, file preparation & management, engagement of client/insurer/assessor/adjuster meetings etc)
  • Maintain industry/market knowledge
  • Provide an outstanding and efficient service to all customers

The Must Haves:

  • Experience in a claims admin role or understanding of the claims environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a high-volume environment
  • Great attitude
  • A self-starter and the ability to work autonomously
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Personable, proactive and customer focused
