In this role, you are empowered to proactively manage claims end to end ensuring our members have a positive experience. Great salary depending on experience ranging annually $58,378 to $61,996 including superannuation.

The Need to Know:

  • Provide support and advice to help clients through challenges of a motor claim
  • Maintain a motor claims portfolio with end-to-end responsibilities
  • Make claim decisions in an accurate and timely manner
  • Shift work will be provided on a infrequent rotational roster
  • Discuss and negotiate settlements
  • Interpret and apply the Products Disclosure Statement
  • Provide a coaching and mentoring role within the team
  • Provide an outstanding and efficient service to all customers


The Must Haves:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Claims Management (essential)
  • Motor Claims experience (strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience providing outstanding customer service
  • Excellent communication skills across all forms
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • The ability to proactively manage a portfolio of claims
  • Personable, proactive and customer focused
