We are working with a National Brokerage that is seeking an ambitious Claims Consultant to join their growing team. You'll be working alongside brokers managing a portfolio of commercial insurance claims and delivering high quality service to their clients.

What will you be doing?
- Proactively manage the claims process and engage with appropriate stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for clients
- Liaise between underwriters, clients, and brokers
- Ensuring customer service standards are met
- Ensuring all activities are compliant within industry time frames
- Identify issues/improvements where necessary
What do you need?
- Insurance claims experience
- Effective communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Highly organised with that "can do" attitude
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Ability to work in a team-based atmosphere
