The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years of Claims experience
- Experience working in a broking operations (highly regarded)
- Proficiency with IT Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of claims
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Providing outstanding customer service to clients at all times
- Proven experience working in a high-paced, high-volume claims environment
