Your key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Assisting account managers with the claims process
- Following claims through from lodgement to settlement
- Liaising with Insurers to negotiate positive outcomes for clients
- Ensuring that data is accurately entered
- Providing ad hoc administrative support where required
To be successful you will ideally have expeirence in a claims role in a Broking environment. You will enjoy the claims process and thrive in a busy working environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
