Job Description

Our Client is one of Australia's premier Financial Services companies. Currently they require a Client Representative to join their Registry Administration division on a contract basis. The Client Representative will be responsible for delivering excellence in Administration and Processing for Wealth and Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellence in administrative services delivery and customer service
  • Accurately establishing investment accounts
  • Maintaining investor details
  • Processing distributions and redemptions
  • Provide inbound and outbound customer contact
  • Sourcing information to respond to technical questions
  • Liaising with key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Preparing high quality reporting

Skills Required:

  • Sound experience working in either operations or customer service ideally within superannuation, banking or investments industry
  • Customer service focus with an analytical mind
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise time and manage competing priorities
  • Strong excel skills
