About the role
As a CA Cadet reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in creation of subcontract documents and purchase orders for approval by Project Managers
- Managing deliveries to site
- Assisting with Site Inductions
- Maintaining Registers and Databases
- Assisting with OH&S and Quality Procedures
- Liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Supporting with processing and reviewing of invoices / progress claims
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Skills & Experience
- Construction experience (Trade/labouring background highly regarded!)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Outgoing and motivated attitude!
- Strong willingness to learn
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Qualification in Construction Management preferred
