Your key responsibilities in this role will be to provide clients with an exceptional level of customer service while meeting your individual targets in a phone based environment. In addition you will also be responsible for building customer rapport, resolving queries or complaints in a timely fashion and identifying potential sales opportunities.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in a call centre or client service position within the Insurance industry and meet the following requirements:
