Job Description

As a Customer Service Consultant for a highly regarded Travel Insurer, you will be part of a team renowned for their market leading insurance service. This is a dynamic and diverse role will require you to respond to all forms of customer queries (live chats, social media, email and phone). You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the wider business with ongoing marketing projects and reporting. Your success will contribute to the long term growth and strategic plan whilst simultaneously developing your personal and professional brand.

The Must Haves:

  • 2 years' experience in a customer service role in a travel insurance environment
  • Tier 2 (qualification)
  • Comfortable in a high-volume environment
  • Great attitude and adaptable
  • A self-starter and the ability to work autonomously
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Personable, proactive and customer focused
