About the Role:
As the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, you will be responsible for providing high quality customer service to members, Financial Advisers and employers, while also engaging in a range of administrative tasks, such as processing contributions, allocating payments and general account maintenance.
The Successful Candidate:
To be considered for this role you will ideally have previous experience working in the Superannuation industry, with any phone based or administration experience to be looked upon favourably. RG 146 qualifications would also be highly regarded, but not essential.
Overall you must have strong attention to detail, polished communication and administration skills and a hard-working attitude. Those with similar phone based experience within Financial Services will also be considered.
