Serving a number of major industries including mining, manufacturing, infrastructure and commercial buildings. Due to increased demands, there is a requirement for a Customer Service/Storeperson to join this wonderful team & forge a career with these respected, industry leaders.

The Role

  • Handling telephone and email enquiries
  • Processing customer purchase orders
  • Face to face customer service with clients as well as over the phone
  • Storeperson duties - pick/packing, RF scan, working in receiving and dispatch area
  • General ad hoc duties

Essential skills and requirements

  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Experience in a similar role - customer service and warehousing
  • Postive attitude, enthusiatic
  • Able to multitask and think outside the box
  • Able to work as a team as well as unsupervised
  • FL license desireable but not essential
