Job Description

Our Client is one of Australia's premier wealth companies. Currently they require a highly experienced Executive Assistant to join their organisation on a permanent basis. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing a high level of executive support to high level executives in order to achieve critical business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management and meeting co-ordination
  • Preparation of correspondence, drafting documents, initiating communications
  • Ability to collect and analyse information
  • Contribute to the management of HR projects
  • Preparation and editing of documentation and external communications
  • Create and maintain a calendar of HR operational activities
  • Manage internal stakeholder expectations
  • Provide general administrative support and other ad-hoc tasks

Skills and Experience required:

  • EA experience in corporate environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team in a busy office environment and adapt to daily challenges
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated discretion and ability to maintain complete confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Adept MS office skills level in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
