Job Description

Our client is a leading provider of personal accident, health and travel insurance in Australia, who is currently looking for a Part-time Executive Assistant to support the CEO and join their successful team.

The Need to Know:

  • Reporting to the CEO and deputy CEO
  • Handle a range of administration tasks including diary management, booking meetings and conducting reports and presentations
  • Coordinate HR functions such as training records, HR system administration, new starter induction/process, performance review templates
  • Management of monthly performance reporting packs and board packs
  • Assist with accounting functions and the maintenance of the Company's CRM system
  • Planning and coordinating successful team events and social functions

The Must Haves:

  • Previous experience as an EA/PA or within office administration
  • Insurance industry experience (Desirable)
  • Professional approach to business
  • Strong Microsoft office skills - Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook
  • Sound knowledge of MYOB or other accounting systems
  • Must be organised and have good time management
  • Great team player with ability to maintain confidentiality
