Job Description

Our Client is one of Australia's premier wealth companies. Currently they require an experienced Executive Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. The Executive Coordinator will be responsible for providing a high level of support to the Senior Executive Assistant and CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document preparation, drafting and formatting
  • Maintaining and keeping up to date data bases
  • Collect and analyse information
  • Manage expense reconciliations of the CEO office
  • Review and improve existing processes
  • Managing invitations, prepare presentations and arrange logistics.
  • Build internal relations with key stakeholders
  • Provide general administrative support and other ad-hoc tasks

Skills and Experience required:

  • EA experience in a corporate environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team in a busy office environment and adapt to daily challenges
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate discretion and ability to maintain complete confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Strong MS office skills level in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
