Is this you?
- Several years of general insurance broking experience and expertise
- Proven ability to drive own business and build own portfolio
- An inherit willingness to grow own book organically and undertake development activities of your own independently
- Ability to work independently and be accountable for own success
- Tier 1 broking credentials essential
What you'll be doing...
- Create & maintain your own portfolio
- Undertake all aspects of insurance broking including managing client relationships
- Generate your own business opportunities
- Utilise our client's internal referral networks and financial resources to assist with franchise growth and development
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell and/or up-sell of product to clients
- Identify pathways for portfolio growth and drive own initiatives
