Job Description

Our client is a national Financial Services Provider with a diverse group of business servicing around 600,000 customers and more than 320,000 members nationwide. They employ more than 1,500 staff across the country. They are looking for an dynamic individual to step into the Corporate Risk Services Area as a Group Life Account Manager to manage and nurture key stakeholders and relationships.

Key Skills:

  • Facilitate and/or support delivering appropriate responses to all customer requests/queries within timeframes and service levels
  • Manage all administration processing to ensure it is completed accurately and in accordance with internal and industry standards
  • Assisting with the preparation of client reports and presentations
  • Relevant compliance obligations are met whilst having awareness of regulatory and risk issues which may impact the team

What you need:

  • High level of attention to detail & accuracy
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and knowledge of Xplan is an advantage
  • Must have personal insurance industry experience for Income Protection, Death and or TPD insurance of at least 2 years. Group Insurance industry experience will be highly regarded
  • Knowledge of Xplan an advantage
  • Fresh, dynamic personality. Good energy and attitude and a strong customer service ethic
  • Ability to work well in a broader team, and mixed team environment
