Our Client; a well established Australian mid-sized Insurance practice have opportunity for someone to step into a HR Business partner role to work with the wider HR Team & management helping with HR across the business. As HR Business partner you will focus on recruitment, on-boarding & the end to end lifecycle, talent management. Reporting into the HR manager; this would suit an experienced HR officer looking for the next step in their career

Your key day to day responsibilities:

  • To manage end to end recruitment life-cycle of employees
  • Promote continuous improvement and apply best practice to develop, communicate, and adapt all employment related policies & procedures
  • Continuous management, review, adaptation, and improvement of the employee engagement process

Skills and experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in HR, a related field or commensurate work experience
  • Solid knowledeg of employment law, award interpretation and application
  • A self-starter who is able to collaborate and drive continuous improvement in processes & policies
