Our Client is seeking an experienced HR Officer to work with the Global HR team to assist with the HR Strategies across the business. As Senior HR Officer/Business partner you will focus on corporate HR strategy into day-to-day work and providing professional ground up HR guidance driving leadership capability, and supporting the business strategy.

Your key day to day responsibilities will include:

  • To provide HR policy guidance to the business & management
  • Promote continuous improvement and apply best practice to develop, communicate, and adapt all employment related policies & procedures
  • Continuous management, review, adaptation, and improvement of the employee engagement process

Skills and experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in HR, a related field or commensurate work experience
  • Solid knowledeg of employment law, award interpretation and application
  • Excellent systems knowledge and utilisation across HRIS & Payroll systems
  • A self-starter who is able to collaborate and drive continuous improvement in processes & policies
