Your new role:

Reporting to Head of People and collaboratively with Senior Managers and People & Customer team to ensure an awesome employee experience by supporting all areas of the employee life cycle and driving a high performing and engaged workplace.

Role includes:

  • Maintaining employee records, including new employees, departures and updates
  • Support the recruitment, on-boarding and induction of new employees, liaising with managers and the training team to optimise the experience
  • Respond to employee enquiries regarding payroll, leave, policies and procedures
  • Manage HR and Learning inbox and ensure SLA's are delivered in a timely fashion
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to People & Customer team as agreed from time to time including travel, expenses, communication and procurement

What you will need to succeed:

  • Sound knowledge of HR processes and workflows including: recruitment, payroll
  • Experience delivering Internal HR services
  • Confident managing multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to delivering excellent customer service
