Are you an insurance broker with a knack for business development, looking for the opportunity to earn great commissions? Based in the heart of the beautiful Sunshine Coast, this unique role will be focussed primarily on new business, converting new leads provided through referral programs and earning great commissions in the process, no cold calling required! Once accounts have been brought on you will manage the larger ones from a renewal retention perspective and continue to receive commissions on them.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Converting new business leads provided through referral programs
  • High client/customer engagement to drive new business and accounts
  • You will be responsible for the larger clients you bring on, managing renewals, quoting, endorsements and policy documents
  • Maintaining service standards and portfolio retention
  • Liaising directly with insurers and other industry services
  • Provide an outstanding and efficient service to all customers

We are looking for someone with:

  • Tier 1 Broking Qualification
  • Experience with products across SME and Domestic
  • The ability to build strong client relationships, we make our client our number one priority
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive culture
  • A willingness to learn and be flexible in a growing and innovative environment
  • Self-motivated, driven and capable of working autonomously, with the ambition to progress your career
