Job Description

Our Client is one of Australia's premier wealth companies. Currently they require a Learning and Development Advisor to join their Human Resources and Learning division on a permanent basis. The L&D Advisor will be responsible for applying their expertise in learning to review, evaluate and develop the current L&D leadership training programs, practices and policies to align with the companies L&D strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of leadership learning programs
  • Research L&D Leadership training programs and develop recommendations
  • Conduct training needs analysis
  • Roll out leadership learning programs
  • Organise local and in-house training courses
  • Establish and maintain networks with key stakeholders
  • Establish an organisational training plan


Qualifications in training and assessment, organisational psychology or organisational development.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Demonstrated experience in planning, coordinating and implementing learning and development initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training leadership strategies
  • Ability to work in partnerships
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills
  • Demonstrated capability in design and delivery of leadership
  • Ability to provide facilitation of training needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
