This fast-paced transport company is currently seeking an experienced Administration All-rounder to join their diligent team in their head office.
You will be working full time hours and be experienced in the transport administration industry.
The role will be varied but ultimately will require the successful applicant to assist where needed within the office, providing support in any role you are directed to, including internal leave requirements.
- Previous transport administration experience
- Data entry experience
- Translogic experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
- Available to work Tuesday-Saturday, 5.00am - 1.30pm
- Saturdays 7.00am - 4.00pm
- Current SA driver's licence essential
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Must be a pro-active team player
- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service
- Professional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Must be flexible, agile and resilient
