The Role:

Scholle IPN are seeking a team oriented, experienced Maintenance Fitter, with a can do attitude and a passion for continuous improvement to join our organisation and play a key part within our client's dynamic Maintenance Team.

The successful candidate will be required to work day shift between the hours of 7.00am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday. Overtime and out of hours work may be required. Working in a fast paced dynamic manufacturing environment, the successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to work autonomously whilst adhering to strict safety requirements.

Key functions:

  • Carry out general maintenance and repair in the Maintenance workshop
  • When project work is prominent, full dedication towards completion, installation, commissioning & continual monitoring is required.
  • Carry out maintenance, both breakdowns and preventative, including modifications to new and existing equipment

To be successful you must have:

  • Mechanical Trades Certificate
  • Proven mechanical and pneumatic Skills
  • Must be able to read and assemble from Engineering drawings
  • Must be capable of machining and assembly of close tolerance components
  • Sound knowledge in an automated high volume manufacturing environment and general knowledge processes across all plant
  • Plastics tooling maintenance desirable
  • Must be willing to complete a full medical and D&A Test
