This reputable Industry Super Fund based in the heart of the CBD is looking to appoint a new Member Services Manager to work in their trustee office. This is an opportunity to work with a team of experienced superannuation professionals in a friendly, welcoming and supportive environment.
The key responsibilities of this role will revolve around the management of the fund's relationship with their administrator and insurer. You will act as the primary liaison and coordination point with the service providers and ensure that operational projects and service levels are managed to times frames and budgets. You will also interpret and report on data that is supplied to you by the service providers and communicate results to management and internal stakeholders.
This role will suit someone who has a strong background within the superannuation industry from working with either a fund or an administrator. You must have the confidence to manage relationships across several business units and the ability to interpret a range of data relating to the administration of the fund.
