About the role:
Supporting a busy team of Mortgage Brokers, you will be responsible for providing high end administrative and client support. Key duties will include:
- Assisting with the tracking and processing of loan applications
- Database management along with general administration tasks
- Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors and other third parties
- Being the first point of contact for all client enquiries
- Calling clients directly to arrange meetings
To be successful:
To be successful for this role, you will need to have the following:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred (not essential) - those with a great attitude and a genuine intesting in building a career in Mortgage Broking will also be considered
- Excellent customer service and sales skills with the ability to confidently speak to clients
- A pro-active approach, enthusiasm and a great overall attitude
- Professionalism and excellent communication skills.
