Our client is a successful Mortgage Broking firm with a brilliant culture and supportive management team. They are looking for an additional support person to join their close-knit team, in a busy role that will see you package loan applications.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Key duties will include:
- Working alongside Mortgage Brokers to help package applications
- Following up with clients to obtain documents and financial information
- Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant
- Submitting loans through Apply Online
- Conducting financial health-checks with clients
- General admin duties as required
The successful candidate will ideally have experience working in a similar role within Mortgage Broking, with any relevant industry qualifications to be looked upon favourably. You will need to have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, professionalism and excellent customer service skills.
