Our Client is fast growing and progressive underwriting agency who provide specialist insurance solutions in the broking market. Due to the ongoing growth in their business they are now looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to lead operational development and sales opportunities.
- Development and implementation of operating models and procedures to maximise profitability and operational efficiencies
- Collaborating with senior management to establish new products and revenue channels
- Work with Key Clients and National Partners
- Ability to use strategic marketing techniques to continue to build a market-leading internal and external Employer Brand
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Significant experience within and insurance broking sales & distribution environment
- Demonstrated success in developing sales pipelines and long term profitability
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset and capability
- Diverse Commercial SME and Corporate insurance product knowledge
- Ability to lead high performing team and exceed organisational targets
- Ability to thrive under pressure and work with tight deadlines
- Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline preferred
