The Role
We are looking for an Office Manager to manage a small team, as well as the full customer experience including reception, product pick up, coordination of events and any experience opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and provide Expensify training for the business
  • Arrange gifts for special occasions such as births, marriages etc.
  • Management of monthly leader calls (Diamond and above)
  • Coordinate visitors and Expats and help assimilate into the Australian office
  • Liaise with external stakeholders in line with business requirements
  • Manage and communicate internal general business updates as required
  • Support with internal office events as required
  • Provide broader assistance to all business units on an as required and capacity basis
  • Support the leadership team as required
  • Manage all building and property requirements and updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Management or relevant qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in a corporate administration environment
  • Expensify experience highly regarded
  • Ability to work efficiently with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of databases and the Microsoft suite
