The Client
Proudly 100% Australian owned and operated, our client is a leading manufacturer of construction equipment and earthmoving machinery. This rapidly expanding company has an immediate requirement for a Spare Parts Interpreter.
The Role
- Give technical advice, interpret parts using parts breakdowns and problem solve
- Answers phone calls, greet customers and over counter spare parts sales
- Processes quotes, orders, payments and invoices
- Monitors current/outstanding orders
- Develops and maintains good relationships
- Performs daily after sales/service calls to previous customers
- Monitors delivery/distribution of products/services
Essential Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and administration experience
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft applications - outlook/excel/word
- Confident in building positive working relationships
- Spare parts sales experience highly regarded
- Forklift License highly regarded
- A pre-medical assessment may be required for this role
