About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Production Scheduler to join a fast-moving Electrical Design and Manufacturing business. In this maternity leave contract, you will be focusing in on high volume of small customer design products where you will be responsible for ensuring each project is adequately resourced and delivered to customers within agreed timeframes.
Duties will include:
- Scheduling and monitoring resourcing and workloads for project teams
- Managing any project correspondence with key stakeholders including clients
- Coordinate project priority via project scheduling communicate to project team any ongoing changes or reallocation
- Administrative project support including file uploads, reporting and archiving
Ideally, you will be a skilled production administrator/scheduler with a proven ongoing history in coordinating a range of engineering project within a high-volume environment. Similar skills in manufacturing planning, scheduling or rostering will be well regarded. Strong understanding of Office Dynamics 365 (D365) will be well regarded.
Coupled with you scheduling skills, you must have a strong eye for detail and be comfortable working in a high-volume environment with a range of differing priorities as well as being able to make decisions to ensure all outcomes are achieved. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are a must as you will play a vital role in managing a range of stakeholders.
Initially covering a maternity leave contract, this role may transition into a longer-term opportunity for the right candidate.
