Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning calendars and diary management
- Personally assisting the Practice Manager
- Answering and transferring calls
- Meeting and greeting clients on arrival
- Completing daily banking duties (preparing deposits and keeping branch records)
Skills & Experience:
- Administration/Reception experience
- Accounting or Financial planning background
- Strong phone etiquette and manner
- High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
