- Your key focus is to contribute to business unit and group targets by achieving individual sales, conversion and retention targets.
- Provide high quality, solutions based outcomes for clients, by handling client inquiries, preparing and providing insurance options to clients.
- Achieving exceptional results whiles delivering a high quality customer experience
- Provide excellence in administrative services delivery and customer service
- Ensure all Client details and kept up to date and compliant
- The ability to build rapport and strong relationships with customers
- Sound experience working in either operations or customer service ideally within insurance
- Customer service focus with an analytical mind
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise time and manage competing priorities
- Strong excel skills
- Tier 2 (RG146)
